Warranty

iProff OÜ (iProff) offers a 3-month limited warranty for all products, excluding batteries, which are covered for 6 months, unless agreed otherwise. The warranty starts from the purchase date stated on the invoice.

iProff obliges to repair or replace the faulty spare part during the warranty period free of charge. The customer obliges to pay any shipping fees (if necessary).
In case a product is faulty, the customer must inform iProff no later than 7 working days after discovering the fault, and no later than the last day when the warranty is valid.
The customer must present proof of purchase in order to make a warranty claim.

The warranty is invalid in the following cases –
The spare part was installed into a device
The part is damaged mechanically after delivery (including, but not limited to water damage, damage from falling, improper storage or handling, etc.)
The part is used or stored improperly

iProff can not honor any warranty claims for spare parts, in case the spare part was installed into another device. Customers are advised to test spare parts before installing them into devices. An exception may be made in case the installation was made by a professional service, and it’s possible to determine that the problem with the spare part was not caused by another device or mishandling the part.

iProff is not liable for any damage caused by the products, including but not limited to – damage to other devices caused by faulty parts, loss of data, loss of revenue caused by a faulty device.
iProff is not liable for any data or software on devices that are given to iProff for warranty service.
